And as medicine etc makes advances people live longer. We can't realistically expect to be retired for 20+ years whilst claiming a state pension.
If only it was just the state pension I think we could afford it, but there are myriad other benefits being claimed for decades too.
The HB bill is enormous, but I digress, I'll scuttle back to DT before I upset some poor soul.

The dusty part when I was having mine done was the plastering and after :(

Sounds like you have been very busy.

Will be lovely when its finished May will soon be here ;)

21 years is a long time but you have your new bathroom now kitchen been started on so will be worth the wait.

Course emptying an Elite kitchen is not quite the same as emptying a muggles is it? :o Not sure I should have kept the creme brulee and panna cotta mixes from 2012. :rotfl: But I wasn't parting with the 2013 OEP. :D

And I did five loads of washing yesterday. :rotfl:

I really should be tackling Everest today. :o

Oh a list that I can be added to im also 60 this year and pension less

I really feel sorry that so many have been hit by this, I wonder how many people will even get any pension at all in later years. The younger generation will not get a bean I'm sure :(

Think of us spring chickens, we'll probably have to wait until we're 80 :p

It's disgusting aau, all the years of paying into paying a stamp etc, what's going to be at the end of it ? ds3 is in a private pension scheme, he's only 28 now, he said he doesn't want to have to work until he us 90, if he's still alive to get an old age pension
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

    Higgidy tail end.

I managed six before TV took over, I've not eaten them all yet, but if anyone wants the BB bits to make a set of ten, I'll post when I've eaten them.

    GONE.
