I think that's an error on the system, with items seemingly randomly allocated to homeware and thus failing to compare, although it didn't affect you as they were own label products anyway. I had a Quorn BBQ Chicken product randomly appear as Homeware well over a year ago and then inevitably fail to compare because it was wrongly described. It was never going to pick up any A price being described like that and it didn't. As this was a branded item that wasn't an excluded category, it should have been £2 vs £1, so I lost £1:(. Got it at full Sains price:eek::(. However, I ended up not bothering with pursuing that £1 back because, separately, their system elsewhere gave me about £4 worth of Nectar points more than I should have had at around the same time - I rang them up and they said 'don't worry - keep them':D. So I did - in effect £3 up:). My experience is that the Careline are very good when branded items don't compare as they should so, indeed, contact them if the BM comes back with less than it should.0 -

EDIT: Have deleted info on Yazoo smoothies as I managed to buy the wrong thing - that'll teach me to read the small print!!
I'd be interested to see the full comp. on the shop. TIA.
As for anyone thinking I'm here to do an update from M now, don't worry, I'm not, it's way too late at night:rotfl:. I think it was mainly checking to see that items were still the same prices as they were on Monday. I think very little has changed - of course there will be something and as usual all the numerous extra items I pick up every time! Later today may be another 'Tvs M plus further items from other stores' again and then I'll come back and probably start updating the list from Friday onwards:). At my leisure:D. Is it wrong to feel excited by something? After four stores drawing a blank with the Lockerbie Cheddar on Monday but of course I knew it would still be on, I actually felt extremely good indeed when I found it in my other store yesterday! At least I now know it is in a store near to me - it wasn't very obvious either, if I had not been looking for it - and I'd almost given up hope of finding it in one of 'my own' stores and thought I'd never be able to track it ever again. However, I have found it:D. Ah, the comforting warmth and pleasure that finding a specific cheese brings:rotfl::rotfl:. There's no change on that - or on lots of other items.
I'm just having a look at what I have got now - so, this is an update after all:doh:. The standard Giovanna Ranas have gone to £1 in M, there are some Crawford Ginger Nuts on 2 for 70p that ought to compare from T (they probably won't as they are brand spanking new and no store specifically stating that they are 2 for 70p - although I'm reading between the lines to get that in the absence of a scan), Whole Salmon at £4/kg. Counter Mackerel at £4.87/kg is ridiculous as T is £2.50/kg it seems (but of course no harm as that won't compare). Another plant food picked up, as well as a Jigsaw Puzzle that was probably removed from the list several weeks ago:rotfl:. There are some additional points offers to add and items to be moved as a result if the points are bothered with. Cathedral 350g cheese has gone down to £2 in M, not that that matters, and President Brie 200g is now £1. Counter French Brie is also £5/kg in M - so don't go buying that in T at £8/kg:eek::rotfl:. The President, once it updates, ought to work out a bit better on the APG against M with 10% - however if anyone has M staff discount cards of 10% off, could find either President Brie or Counter Brie in M works out at the same. It's guide price £5/kg on the shelf price - maybe I ought to revise that way downwards in the light of Cathedral glitches from months ago?:rotfl: It's Brie anyway, and not Cheddar.
Just working out a little expensive, as it's about 1p over my £1 per 500g guide price, is the Kellogg's Star Wars cereal 370g at £1 but with 25p in More points - that's if we are bothering with points in M these days, otherwise literally pointless buying it. Laila Alphonso Mango Pulp (850g) at £1.20 in M - I suspect that has been: (1) completely absent for most people in many Ms; and (2) there for ages for some people in some Ms. But, just picking it up properly yesterday! "Don't Buzz the Wire" Game has now gone to £3 in M - so I was right to do a Play Your Cards Right and wait to see if it would go lower:D. Just pure luck being in the right store (or a right store on this occasion at any rate) - others will have sold out at £4 and I suspect the product won't be appearing in them again. Then again, it may suddenly reappear at any time - and, although I don't find it in every store I go to - indeed, once again it's been in a minority, for all I know it could have been there a day before I arrived and completely vanished when I visit or could come into stores a week after I have left them and not gone back to them. If we hold out more, maybe it will go lower still? Also, things do keep appearing and disappearing in every store and then coming back to the same store later sometimes - so, if you don't find something, it's always worth checking each time you visit if you have time! (And, I'm sure if you check, you won't find it and, if you don't have time and don't do so, that was probably the one day it was there:rotfl:. But, sometimes, I've found things that have been in other stores but not in some, suddenly appear weeks later in the store where I have never had them before. So, my list can sometimes act as a preview and a psychic predictor of items that are not in your store at present but are set to arrive next week:rotfl:!) Bits to add and bits to move and change here and there.
SP UHT milk equivalent has gone up in price in M:(. Now A 48p:( vs T 49p. However, Daffodils might be best bought in M as there is a new 18-stem Easter version at £1. Are the A ones 10 or 20?:think: If they are 20, in which case ignore me as Avs M would appear better!:rotfl:
Okay, goodnight for now!:rotfl::wave:0 -
:eek:I didn't realise I had so many items to check later, if I am doing things properly. I have 11 items outstanding (besides ones that aren't available in my stores anyway that I am happy to leave) - although I am fairly confident that the price won't have changed on 8 of them. I'm not happy about the Chicago Town - the two "the Pizza Melts" again. Pricing once again unclear in first store last time, which did not stock both - and neither stocked in other M. On another product, I'm happy about the Avs M item but the other flavour, not stocked in A and therefore Tvs M, I'm not happy about whether its price is the same or has increased. My first store today had no stock of that version but had a different price SEL which I do not trust - and the second store was not satisfactory, only stocking the other version and then only on the aisle end. EDIT: I've now checked msm and the one that I am not happy about is on there and is on offer - so I was right not to trust the SEL and the other one, which isn't on msm, I am happy with. It turns out the Tvs M item is no longer available in T:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:. (Although that's according to online - anyway, I'm happy now about what it is in M.)
Meanwhile, elsewhere, I had, as expected, full price £1.46:eek: on the Maynard's Bertles Jelly Mix bag in one store. It was showing that on Monday and I revisited it. However, the second store yesterday had a 73p label and that will still be on offer. So, I am preferring second store over first there. However, I am not taking the second store's price that it's showing on the one version of Holland's Pies that it stocks - it has a price of 50p but that will be wrong as the offer ended last weekend!:rotfl:
Besides this, there are over 30 items for potential Tvs M, all of which are to be checked today if it is to be done properly. I may as well check the whole store:rotfl:. I was hoping to check 3 items plus looking for additional items - in and out, thirty minutes per store. Looks like a little longer in the first store at any rate:rotfl:.

I do notice my Tessa puts on weight if I give her dentastik. But If you break them up and give them as an occasional treat, it should be ok. Strangely enough, my vet recommends them :eek:
i then started to give her 1 a day just before bed time. well shes 15 now and the vet said last march (check up) what good teeth she has. (lost a couple now though through age)
my vet 9 years ago said 1 dentastix is like a big mac to us :eek: but in moderation is ok.
so if your going to give treats it may as well clean their teeth.
that said i think they are a lot softer now.0 -
