Good morning it's another beautiful frosty day it makes me want to wash things that don't need washing just because I can on a day like this. I know I have far too much time on my hands.

I am starting to eat healthy as from today, my friend called with a video her husband had taken of the breakfast and watching myself doing the raffle :eek::eek::eek:
I knew I'd gained four stone but I didn't know I looked that big!! Someone asked me if I was with child the other day! He was an old friend of my dad's and he said
" hey lass are you with child? You looked like beyonce:rotfl: last time I saw you but you don't now!"
I wouldn't mind but he was nearly as wide as he was tall himself.
I'm afraid the chemo card was pulled out sometimes there's no other way.
Anyway I want no encouragement to buy ice cream, pizzas, fish in batter. I've stocked up on beef and lamb so healthy eating here I come.

Snap well done on the not smoking you have done so well, how many days is this now? When I gave up when I got a craving I used to tell myself to wait ten minutes and if I still wanted one then I would have one. After ten minutes the craving had well gone but it was the knowing I could have one if I really wanted to that spurred me on but everyone is different. Well done and I hope you feel better soon.

Good morning all

TM you have been busy this morning

Frosty and foggy here hopefully clear up later

Was very :mad: yesterday in work I am working really hard to get a better balance away our upstairs/downstairs culture

A "favoured" employee is setting up her new 2 person sales team and needs all of upstairs minor repairs done before they start as we needs to impress them on their first day

Downstairs has buckets to catch rain drops until the better weather or better cashflow and roof can be fixed It left many staff very annoyed that they did not warrant being impressed after 10 years + of loyal service
