I know its very old fashioned but I really like the turn down service.

A posh hotel we were in last August for the fringe I read the reviews before hand and someone mentioned that you had to ask at the desk for the turn down service I am very glad that I did - we got a cute box which looked like a ring box with 2 chocs in.

I've got 2 more hotel stays in the same chain but less posh. I think I will see if I can find an email for them and just email and ask - no harm in asking.

Holiday photo for TM - if you count three balconies to the left of the triangle thing, we're in the equivalent room immediately opposite that one. Came back from dinner and a walk to find turndown had been done and three chocs on each pillow. Now scoffed

Right I am bed stripping as it's the best way of evict myself,sun streaming in to the bedroom so it's the nearest you can get to sun bathing in March

Once the postie has been I am out in the garden. I tackled some very knotty problems this week, took me most of 2 days to sort out so its playtime now

BT open zone are scheduled to be digging holes to sort out our phone line today and we are supposed to get a sky call back tonight!
neither of those things are going to happen

I want to do OH a birthday card and I wondered if anyone had a link to some I could download - ones I can print off myself and colour in - is there such a thing?
