cjj, I admire you. I have a friend who had panic attacks for a quite a while. The more she stayed in the worse it got. She had small kids at the time and I had to take them to and from school. One day I stood at her front door and told her that she was coming out or I would drag her out (I would have too), it was the only way to deal with it with her. She came out, she only walked to the end of the road with me, but it was the start. Fifteen years on and she has been fine for quite a while, you will improve but it will take time.

Good luck with BT mhoc, I honestly think if they were a private company they would long ago have gone under just through their customer care
