Sky or BT for broadband?

Sky are more generous about deals for existing customers.
Regarding the cashback and gift card from BT, the Topcashback site often states that the offer is not available with any other offer.
I found this recently, where I could get a deal on a laptop via the manufacturer's site and the Topcashback offer said it was not available with any other offer.
When asked the latter usually says it's up to the retailer, but my question addressed to the retailer went unanswered .0
