H Samuel ruined my engagement ring

I'm sure I've got more photos of the original, they're stuck in the bloody iCloud though and I haven't got a computer at home to access them.
No grading certificate, it was bought from H Samuel and I don't suppose they do that unless it's a fancy solitaire.
It's very clear with the eye that the stone is yellow and mismatched from the surrounding ones.
What are you posting this on? You do realise most of the time (if setup correctly) you can access your photos from any computer simply via a web browser and going to https://www.icloud.com/ logging in and choosing "photos".0 -

On the right is my engagement ring, left is the one they gave me last night
The one on the left looks better, if that's the one they gave you yesterday as stated above you should be happy. Or have you labelled them wrongly? The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -
I think I have labelled them wrongly! I really can't tell left from right, sorry! Left is my ring!
I don't have a computer at home at all I've Only got an iPhone and iPad these days and it's only showing me photos in the phone.0 -
the one on the left looks better, to be honest i think you need to put the ring on in your finger like the piccy above and take another photo of it trying to get the same angle and lighting. if i had to say one way or the other i would say yes there are subtle differences, but this is from an average joe bloggs view point they may look the same to me in real life in the piccys i'd say they are different.0

They are clearly different. The lighting conditions don't matter. On one ring the centre stone is the same colour as the stones round the edge. On the other the centre stone is a significantly different colour.0

The stone in the centre of the one on the right is clearly a different colour to the one on the left.
Take your photos into H Samuel.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -
There is an obvious difference
Take the ring and the phographs back to H Samuel. They surely cannot argue with that.
Would trading standards help.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

Different photo conditions won't make just one stone look different, it would affect them all.0 -
