Hello, i am banned from amazon because to many returns ! my fault i know. However before they banned me i returned an item costing £600! The item was faulty It has now been four weeks, and amazon are saying they have not received it. I used the amazon pre paid label. When i contact royal mail, they say that amazon have to…

Why send a snotty email - you do realise that that they would have done the same thing, in this case refund you, if you had sent a decent email just saying 'My returns don't seem to have been processed, could you check it out please?'
Perhaps you will be banned from Royal Mail ?
