Amazon banned !

Hello, i am banned from amazon because to many returns ! my fault i know. However before they banned me i returned an item costing £600! The item was faulty

It has now been four weeks, and amazon are saying they have not received it. I used the amazon pre paid label. When i contact royal mail, they say that amazon have to raise claim because the contracts with them.

I can only contact amazon via one specialist email because i am banned. However i keep getting very silly responses which do not address my question. For example i explained that the item is lost and amazon must raise a claim. The response i got was ... We cannot refund until we receive the item.

i dont know what i can do, or who do contact.

I am sure someone else will help. But if you paid for the item by credit card then the credit card company may be able to help - a call to them, if a call to Amazon doesn't work, may help.

    Good luck.

Do your have your proof of postage?

I Would be sending Amazon a letter before action, giving them 21 days to refund yiu in full, as you have met their requirements and returned the item as per their instructions.

No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)
