Thanks- Started to try that but then got scared that sky would charge me full price. Will try your method now. It's bad that still no link has appeared in my email though. Not a great start sky.0

I've just used the voucher code & done a speed test, Sky a quoting between 2mbps - 6mbps. My current BT speed is between 7mbps - 8mbps.
Ive been on the online chat with their advisor, but didn't get much sense.
Anyone have any experience of slower speed with sky?0 -
Got my link last night. Signed up now. The thing told me up to 8 - 11.5Mbps, FWIW.0

Had the code and the link but decided not to use it. Went with BT...with £140 quidco cashback, which tracked, and £50 cashback from BT it will work out cheaper (£6/month)0

So, I never received an email with the link or a reminder of the code.
Called Sky and they insisted that the codes came from mse but, the page that you initally entered your details into clearly says in the address bar that it's sky. Very frustrating!

They won't match the deal either.0 -
I had problems taking up this offer online because I cancelled sky tv 6 months ago despite the small print in the e mail from sky said it was for new customers for phone and broadband. After no luck with live chat I eventually found a very helpful person in customer services on the phone who arranged for me to get the offer in full, including the £100 credit.0

Unfortunately the cashback amount from Quidco has now dropped to £125 and the £50 cashback from BT is not available any more. Actually I am kicking myself for not taking a screenshot of the BT £50 offer as I am worried they may deny ever offering it0
