2016-03 MSE Sky "free" broadband offer

Hello, I wonder if anyone can help.
I applied (and got) a code for the "free" MSE Sky broadband offer (March 4th - 10th), but I haven't received an email with a link in it yet.
This offer started at 10am this morning and its now nearly 16.00.
I am concerned it will expire before I'm able to take advantage.
Have I done something wrong? - or am I looking in the wrong places for the link?
The MSE site says it will add the link so we can use the code ...... but that hasn't appeared yet either.
Any help gratefully received.

I am looking to get this deal for the house I am moving to in two weeks. Is it possible for me to order it now to go live in two weeks? or will they start it as soon as I put the order? I dont want to upset the current vendor by changing his phone provider while he is still living in the house0

If you go on and get the code now (if there's any left) you don't need to use it until Thursday to get the deal. That would be about a week short of the move date and it takes 2 weeks to do the change over. There may even have been an option in the forms to say you were moving to a new property which would solve the problem.0

Just came on to check I wasn't the only one to have got the code but no redemption link email...

I didn't get sent a link from Sky either, so after checking on this page (and seeing no one else did!) I just went onto the sky website and went through the process as a new customer (sorry I can't post the link as I'm new to this forum, so you'll just have to go to the shop page on the sky homepage and navigate broadband offers from there), there's a page where you can add in any discount codes and copied in the one I got sent from the MSE deal and it has worked. As I'd already clicked on a broadband package to get the process started a message popped up to say "you've got more than one item in your basket, by clicking continue it will remove one" so that's what i did, and it kept the mse offer in my basket.
