You can transfer from the ISA to the regular saver - I sometimes pay in from my " 15 year Loyalty Account" (what price loyalty:mad:), sometimes from the Flexdirect account.

I sometimes pay in cash over the counter in a branch, I have also sometimes paid in using the cashpoint, I have also paid via my flexdirect account and I have sometimes paid straight into the flexclusive regular saver from my bank account.

Lots of options, I wonder if when the interest is paid next month, the rate drops on December 1st when the wave of people's accounts mature....

It seems it is even easier than that.

My FlexDirect 5% ended well over 12 months ago. The account is still active but not regularly externally funded.

I sent a secure message yesterday about the apparent:cool: change in T&C and had confirmation today that as soon as I fund it with £1000, I will earn 5% again.

No need for the downgrade/upgrade:) I've funded with £2500 & will update when interest is credited.

Did you get the interest ?

Me too interested in this. I follow threads but only just started posting.

I have an account that the 5% is coming to an end, end of this month Nov. So do I leave it for 12 months or downgrade in Dec, then upgrade after waiting 12 months. Having read all the posts it really does seem to differ from how they apply the T & C's at times.

My wife also has a Flexdirect account, the 5% ended on that at the end of Oct but now funds a Flexclusive regular saver via that one, just wondering to leave as is or also downgrade it?

I don't think we are being ignored - Badger09 has not logged in since 10th Nov.

The T&Cs are very clear. Is there any discernible benefit to you by trying to be clever .

Any updates on whether 5% interest has been credited?
