Just as the title says. I would welcome any views on whether you would buy a new build on a small estate next door to or near someone with a pigeon loft in their back garden?

Wouldn't bother me.
If this is a proper pigeon fanciers loft it will not smell and will be spotless. The birds are also not flying vermin and some of the winning racers can be worth £1000s.
I am from the North and a lot of people I know used to keep birds, or still do and I have never seen an issue with it.0 -
Personally it would out me off as I hate them. So if other people think that, then you restrict your potential buyers when you sell.
But...if you could cope, then other people wouldn't be bothered.
And...they may move house and take the pigeons with them.0
