Thank you very much.
We're a bit late in the day for contacting others, but we only found out Compass had gone under three days ago, and we've only just managed to get our claim in before the rearranged deadline, not that we expect to recover any money!
The insolvency seems like a bigger con than Compass, and I expect the insolvency people to take any possible remaining money for their fees
Makes me wonder how many others are unaware.0 -
I've returned forms to administrator/liquidation company although I'm aware it's unlikely I'll get too much or anything back. What I've struggled to find is whether or not I'm going to be out of pocket by returning my forms and whether or not AABRS will charge me for their own services.0

No, they cannot charge you.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Initial reports from the creditors meeting are not good. The money has gone.
If money has been lost that is fraud/theft.
Hang fire with any theft reports.
I have been informed that liquidators are investigating and some money might be restored to the empty pot.
Hang fire people!

I have a link to report theft, but cannot post it as a new member.0
