I've been to see Citizen Advice Bureau today re proxy form. They suggested agreeing to everything on the form and completing the details of what you think is owed to you. They don't reckon there will be much of anything to come back to us, but it's still worth completing the form.

Then they just gave advice on step hangs and an IVA company in my circumstances.

That is the simplest way, as much as I think the proposed fees etc are a rip off for creditors.

As some may be aware , I was trying to request Daily Mail to print a Petition form for people to sign asking for the resignation of Amanda Solloway, the Tory MP who is the wife of one of the Directors of Compass Robert Michael Solloway. After seeking Legal advice it would of been difficult to raise legally as at this stage I cannot place a connection of work with or for Compass in any capacity to Amanda Solloway & therefore would leave myself in an extremely vulnerable position legally.

I would like to apologise for this to all involved , However that does'nt mean I could'nt do anything.

I have issued a further story to Radio Humberside FM 95.9 which is due to be aired tomorrow 21st March 2016 between 7.15 & 8.20 am which goes on to portray how an MP who sits on the Business skills & Innovation Committee in the House of Commons & represents that Committee , Its abit hypocritical to do that role if she can't manage to advise her own husband how to run his Company.

Also between 12.15 pm & 1.15 pm there is a story being aired on Radio 4 FM 93.7 on the same day & also a story being televised on Calendar News ITV (Yorkshire region) on Monday 21st March 2016 approx between 5.55 & 6.30 pm .

I have tried to do this to keep this SCANDAL very much alive & get it out there in the public eye & also to raise awareness of what one can only suggest as an MP who is not fit for purpose.

I hope everyone will accept my apology & hope this coverage may carry some effect with the more people getting behind it in a similar manner would be very helpful & powerful.

Been on local news tonight, one local chap was paying compass for 10 years, he's lost about 2k, and for impartiality, they even had a guy from National Debtline telling us there were free alternatives !!

New to forum. Have been searching for other compass victims

We heard the news on the 21st March on Radio 4. Bit of a shock.

We've had no contact from Compass or Abbey Solicitors, but wouldn't have touched another private debt company with a bargepole after the financial loss we've suffered with Compass.

My other half will be attending the creditors meeting on the 30th.

We're a bit concerned in case the liquidation company could be linked to rmr in some way.

Would like to get in touch with other victims of compass/rmr.

Thinking of setting up a Facebook group for easy communication.

Have created a Facebook group (Compass debt counsellors liquidation) to ease communication and support for creditors prior to the creditors meeting.
