Problem with TSB bank

I just came back from TSB bank had appointment to upgrade to TSB classic plus,but again they refused even i took copy of my credit report with me but they said no,i told them i have all other currents accounts etc... i realy wanted TSB Classic Plus account for intrest,is there any other way to get it? thanks

I thought going to a branch wouldn't make any difference.

In your other thread you mentioned that you've been trying to open their Classic Plus account for nearly a year. I think you might have to come to terms with the fact that they don't want you as a customer.

I guess your last hope is to write to them and plead your case.

Probably not a good idea, you don't sound like a profitable customer for them.

No. and i took all my current accounts with me to show them i have no problem with other banks,i.e Halifax,tesco,nationwide,santander,but still refused

You clearly don't fit their desired customer profile.

I suggest you get a grip and call it a day.

The moral of the story is to never let them know about your other accounts as there is absolutely no point as they will know when they credit search you! If you don't meet their credit scoring criteria you just won't get an account sorry but that's the fact. Plenty of others out there.
