eBay seller sold faulty goods - refused refund
Comments

Hi everyone,
Firstly thanks for all the advice.
I asked eBay to intervene today, explained what the problems were and what steps I'd taken to try and resolve the issues with the seller. To their credit eBay came back to me within the hour and with a solution.
Bottom line: they agreed with me and will refund everything including return postage ( :j ).
I still have to wait 3 days though, as they've noticed the seller has provided bogus contact details and they're trying to contact him for his real address. I'm also guessing this means his real name isn't "Mr Seller"
Thanks again everyone.0 -
SNAD cases usually go in the buyer's favour. Well done. Once you've the green light from ebay make sure you add the tracking reference onto the dispute.
Once delivered the seller gets 6 days to refund you. If they continue to provide a bogus address, you may find you get a refund without a return, but be sure to read ebay's messages very carefully.0
