    Updated PP list.

Garnier Moisture Match Moisturiser - this was the yellow tube for normal skin, I liked this, it moisturised well and didn't shine through my foundation even though it looked quite shiny when applied. WBA

1 UU – L'Oreal Skin Perfection Miracle Cleansing Oil – WNBA, made me break out. Used it for cleaning make up brushes.

And a bunch of INs, but I didn't pay for any of them, so hoping that is allowed!

    • Shampoo (to test so not brand)
    • Conditioner (to test so not brand)
    • Garnier Mystic Olive Body lotion
    • Garnier Mystic Olive Body Oil
    • Avon Foot Cream
    • Avon foot mask
    No more goo hoarding!

  • Hi all,
    Got some UUs:
    10. Lush French Kiss Bubble Bar. WDBA. Got two baths out of this. Really liked the lavender scent.
    11. Sanex Dermo Repair Shower Cream. WDBA. Don't really have anything bad to say about Sanex. Will get more once I've used up a couple of other shower gels/creams.
    12. Garnier Fresh Eye Makeup Remover. WMBA. This is quite good at getting everything off and it doesn't sting my eyes but it's not amazing. I think that's my last EMUR. I will repurchase once I've got rid of some micellar waters/cleansers. I don't wear waterproof mascaras so can make do with EMUR for now.
    13. The Body Shop Atlas Mountain Rose Body Mist. WBA. I like this but I think I might prefer the new EDT from the British Rose range. Haven't purchased that yet but give it time. Replaced with the last inch or so of an English Gardenia EDT.

Also TA Korres Wild Rose 24hr Moisturising Cream. Don't know where I got this. Beauty Box or magazine freebie, maybe? Don't like it. Smells nothing like roses and leaves my skin clammy like cheap sunscreen.

My You Beauty Box arrived so INs:
    15. The Body Shop British Rose Body Butter mini
    16. Nude Progenius Firming Youth Oil
    17. Charles Worthington Hair Healer Leave in Conditioner.
There were also some face mask sachets but they're going straight in the box for the refuge.

I've nearly finished my Nuxe Reve De Miel lipbalm. It's so lovely but I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for a 'heavy duty' lip balm I can use at night once I finish the Nuxe. Been looking at Melvita 3 Roses and 3 Honeys but haven't had anything from them before.
    Have a nice evening! :)
  • 1 UU – OST C20 vitamin C serum – HG, have already ordered a replacement. Hope it arrives soon!

No7 Extreme Length Mascara - this was another GWP size, I don't like this as it smudges under my eyes and I don't like the brush either, WNBA.

VALM - I love my LD Crystal nail file, it seems like an expense at full price (yours was a bargain) but they just last forever.

sam.4000 - that curly wurly shampoo would be no good for me, I have curly hair so it can't be brushed, just combed through in the shower with a wide toothed comb.

I know dolly, I think I have had mine since 2002.

Have thrown away a bottle of Essie Gel Setter top coat. Got tired of refreshing it.

Have repainted my nails with LE Ebb Tude.

    I have a uu

Rimmel Match Perfection Foundation - this is really nice but the colours are not the best match.

I have had a clear out of my foundations and have got rid of the following:

Maybelline Better Skin Foundation - this was in nude but it was crazy orange coloured.

Olay CC Cream - this is a thick, sludge like cream, leaves my skin super shiny and oily looking and the fair/medium colour is very dark.

I also got rid of a pot of Bare Minerals All Over Warmth - me and bronzer don't go well together and this is super dark and has glitter in too.

Over the next few days I am testing out some other foundations from my stash:

Estee Lauder Invisible Foundation - lovely to apply and a great finish but if I remember it oxidises on me.

Benefit Hello Flawless - this looks good in the pump but looks super orange on my hand.

Bare Minerals Original in Fair mixed with Medium Beige.

    Bourjois CC Cream

If any of these don't look good I am getting rid of them, life is too short to wear foundation that doesn't look good.

When will manufacturers realise that people do not have orange skin?

Dolly - It's a nightmare getting the right combination of finish and colour:(, whether it is liquid or mineral. I keep going back to Clinique for liquid ones, been using them since early 1990's:eek: they always seem to have at least one that will give me a light coverage and their shades seem to have been consistent for me.

I have never managed to get colour matched for Bare Minerals, on my rare visits to a Debenhams store I have never found a SA who knew about BM or was prepared to match me. Lily Lolo sell sample pots and will mix two colours, so I think that will be my next place to try, although the Aussie one I have now will last me for a long time.
