UPDATE: Having sent even more documents to try and get this mortgage I have now been asked to provide Employment History document from HMRC. I have rung HMRC and they are sending this out. But does anyone know what it is and what it shows?0

Most likely your last 5-10 years of employment with the amount of money earned from each employer during each tax year.0
