  • I work full time and have 2 under three's so the last thing I want to do is cook when I get in at 5pm:( . My idea was to batch cook on a weekend so things are ready just to reheat at night. My only problem was knowing what would freeze or at whats stage it could be frozen :confused: .

So here goes for a whole new meal planning effort and some scrummy dinners on a week night!

If you look at the Cooking Section of our MEGA Index, at the bottom you'll find a collection of handy websites that may also be of interest.

You can find this via my signature any time you see it or...

..you can use the Indexed Collections link in the Start Here Bar at the top of the main listing page which looks something like this:-

  • I have 2 OAMC cookery books, both are American, Frozen Assets Deborah Taylor Hough this one has some useful recipes in along with a planner etc, I can't remember the title of the other one. I don't use it as it is crammed full of bible quotes & prayers to say before cooking & eating etc. It also has lists of suitable bible conversation topics for meal time.
