I was just looking online to find out if you can freeze rissotto (you can make risotto cakes and freeze) when I came across this website. There is a great meal plan part and batch clooking. I thought someone else might benifit so the link is above. You need to go to community forums then buget cooking, oamc (once a month cooking) link.
