Never selling on eBay again!!

A few years ago I sold some babygros the buyer complained saying they were stained at the neck I just told her to bin them and refunded since then I take loads of pictures and in the description I always put used condition. What I think is good or excellent condition a buyer may not. I've also bought clothes described as excellent condition that have been unusable.0

Selling clothes without laundering and ironing them first is deserving of poor feedback. It hardly costs much to bung something in your washing machine with the rest of your washing and iron it. Or, just state: I have worn this item ten times and so you will need to wash it.0

I quite agree and so does Ebay. You cannot sell used clothes on Ebay unless they are laundered.
Spraying them with perfume is disgusting.0 -

Tbh I think your idea that these clothes were too good for the cash for clothes place was wrong. Why on earth are you selling trousers that are worn at the bottom from touching the ground? Unless you started that in your listing and gave clear pictures then of course the buyer is going to be miffed. The perfume thing too - yuk!!0

If anything stunk of perfume I'd be leaving negative feedback too. Perhaps you'd be best rethinking your selling career on ebay OP instead of complaining about your buyers' genuine complaints.0

I agree. If I bought used clothes and yes I have from Ebay, and they had sprayed perfume on the crouch. I would think dirty !!!!! and demand a refuse.0

Have to agree.
Perfume = no no. I'd probably have complained.0 -
I avoid clothes selling problems by only selling clothes that are like new.
Though I have sold the occasional bit of cashmere with a hole in it.
I work on the basis that if it's not immaculate , it's not worth selling. I've not had too many problems.0
