Good morning
Although it's afternoon now, isn't it? I managed to cash out a £10 John Lewis voucher on Valued Opinions! And I've reached the threshold for a payout on Mintvine, but ever since I did, I can't find the option to cash it out?? I've also been screened out of at least my last 100 surveys! Is there a monthly limit to the number you can do? Also, is there a trick to getting a payout?
Other than surveys, not a lot else to report....0 -

I don't buy ebooks, I download free ones but someone told me they buy from..com. i will check with them how successful they have actually been and let you know.0 -
lexbubbles, is kale good for protein or is that iron?
I will ask my friend what she does for protein as she doesn't eat much meat and I know she supplements her diet with her food rather than vitamins.0 -

Iron.
My problem is that I have to maintain a low calorie diet at the same time as high protein (80g minimum but ideally over 100g daily) at the moment. It's a hard balance to maintain without supplements. Veggie sources just don't cut it (too calorie dense). I rely heavy on protein-enhanced foods like the bars, yogurts etc but the commercial ones contain sugar (bars tend to be coated in dark chocolate for example). I'm not vegan or even vegetarian I just... can't consume that much chicken and tuna on a daily basis :rotfl:
But yeah, I can't go vegan/veggie because meatless protein sources don't carry enough bang for the buck, so to speak.Aqua 0/1850 Cap.One 0/450 Vanquis 0/500 HSBC 0/100

Still plodding!
£5.05 from Prolific, screened out of more surveys again tonight. At the moment I'm only getting joy from Swagbucks.
Think its time to expand my horizons and sign up for different survey sites.0 -
Been a pretty decent month for me on Discogs - £1.75 to report from there and another 3 records shifted.
135/366 items out of my house this year.
Still really behind on target because I cannot with surveys.
