I left home this morning in the rain and by the time I got to my parents house, it was brilliant blue skies and sunshine - you're right Surfchik, it does help lift the mood!
Last night I had an ebay blitz and a few items sold, adding £44.18 to my total. I left before the Post Office opened this morning so I bundled everything into my suitcase and I'll post them from my parent's village this afternoon...
Having a few problems with my Fitbit just now. The battery died yesterday and now the clock is wrong. I can't work out how to reset the time...plus i can't get the app to synch either so no Bounts for two days!! Hmm, time to get googling how to fix it!
Sorry you're having a rubbish time Sugarplum...here's a :group hug:
And sorry about your job Aesop. Hope today went well though...0 -

It seemed to be top cash back that took them??
I can't see anything in the payout options that would indicate a £5 fee.
HOWEVER, are you sure you haven't inadvertently signed up to Plus Level membership which is £5 annually and taken from your earnings? We recently opted to upgrade as we do use TCB a lot so it would be worth the fee for us, but I'm wondering if you've somehow been upgraded and not realised?
If so, submit a ticket and maybe see if you can have it reversed, especially if it was an error. Bear in mind though, that Plus membership brings with it higher levels of cash back on different merchants, so if they are willing to reverse it, there may also be a discrepancy in what you have already earnt.

Another one on the slow go so far this month.
I seemed to be screened out for most surveys on Inbox Pounds and Vivatic.
Ebay seems to have slowed right down too, no sales at all this week. Have listed a few more bits tonight.
I have 55p to go on Prolific, had nothing there for over a week (except a bi-lingual study for Welsh and English that I would not qualify for)
Well done to those making the money, I will keep on plodding!
That happened when I used to do car boots many years ago too.
The punters just got wiser and bored, so they only bought what they actually wanted !
I'm still selling a little on the bay but I'm staying with the right price and not getting desperate to sell at any price - sooner or later the one who really wants it will come along and at the fees we're paying, you need a decent price.
Stick with it until the next market comes along0 -
Used some vouchers today instead of money at the supermarket so I am counting that as a 20 income, so now on 345. I have to list some more stuff to sell over the weekend I think, just to shift stuff!!
I have a few hours of work tomorrow which won't get paid until next month probably but nice to get a bit into the bank eventually.Trying to keep in budget.

I've written 14 product descriptions this evening, which will earn me £10.50 from Textbroker. I posted my eBay parcels this morning, pleased to have got them all packed up and on their way.0
