Lex - been thinking. Are you still suffering with cutting out the sugar ? I was wondering, as I know you drink lots of tea, if you have substituted sweeteners instead of sugar?

They can affect some people quite badly and suggest you use a Stevia replacement instead - made from leaves instead of chemicals. HTH

No, I don't take sugar in my tea. Or milk. I actually don't consume a lot of refined sugar at all! Also I've always had sugar-free versions of energy drinks and soda so no change had to be made there.

But apparently I got enough of it through elderflower cordial (sugar free versions are not available), protein bars, protein yogurt (arla stuff, amazing, I miss it so much I really do you guys) and hot chocolate (mostly options but also Whittards) that it's knocking me for six. I think it's interfering with my rheumatoid in a weird way. Obviously that makes me tired all the time anyway but it's just like x50 now and it's not getting any better even after 10 days.

Oh, and I've been breaking out since I stopped so now I'm covered in acne like a 14 year old. Wonderful.

EDIT: Actually, looking at the stuff i had to cut out, some of my tiredness could be coming from a rapid drop in protein levels as well, since it's hard to replace that much protein from other sources. Woman can only eat so much chicken. I've got new powder now so gonna mix it up with rice/coconut/almond milk and just mainline that instead.

No I have just tried it on amazon uk with no success.

Just sent gifthulk a ticket but seems Im wasting my time.

Will just have to put that one down to experience. At least its only a few quid.:(

Is it Listerbelle thats in USA?

PM me listerbelle and you can have it. Hate to see it just go to waste.

    Oh no!

I did that with Dooyoo when I first joined - I only had a .com account and received .co.uk codes. As I was living in the UK at the time I ended up opening up a .co.uk account. It was a pain though as I had prime in the US but not UK..

Thanks for thinking of me - I'll PM you.

Very strange lol. A lot of staff were off for one reason or other. I spent the day data entry to a database. Going to look over my contract this weekend.

    Thankyou everyone for asking.

That sounds quite hopeful Aesop - If you get the chance to show the actual people you are working for how much of an asset you cen be as opposed to "HR" - you may get a chance to become "indespensable" and improve your hours and even your rate in the longer term !

Surprising how your bosses can get to "like" someone who is useful ;)

Aesop - have you ever successfully bought ebooks from amazon.com? I've tried before to buy some on amazon.de and when I get to checkout it says I'm in the wrong geographical region and won'l let me purchase them.

£29.72 from over time this week. I'm so ready for my Annual Leave next week! although the office rang me this morning just 'informing' me that they are happy to pay me annual leave and for any shifts I might want to do whilst I'm on annual leave. The joys of agency...
