Good evening, I recently used a link to claim PPI from the Martin Lewis website I have received documentation from a company named Hidenda and wish to know if this is recommended by the website?

Sounds like you clicked on a separate link. This website does not recommend any Claims Company.

A search of this forum reveals 10 pages of threads all with a negative view/experience of this company.:eek:

God, no. No one here would recommend using a claims company, whether they are bonified or unbonified.

There are scam websites that try to mimic this website or make false claims about being affiliated with this website. The only way you would end up being referred to a claims company thinking it came from MSE is if you have been scammed.

There is also a quote on their website which is quite crafty as it means their name gets associated with Martin Lewis on search engines. Strangely, the exact same wording for that quote appears on many other scam sites too.

They are not exactly keen about Martin Lewis in their street sellers declaration:
