Does anyone know if Hidenda are a legitimate company to claim back my ppi?

Any claims company that anyone uses is not necessary, they cant do any more that what you can do yourself.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

Legitimate as in they are authorised to act as a CMC then yes. Legitimate as in they can do any more than you can, no. Neither you nor they can "claim back" PPI just because you feel like it. You complain if you have reason and the bank will investigate it like any normal complaint. But if you do have reason you may as well complain yourself rather than use them. They will only take a cut of your money if you get anything.0 -
