Hi all,
I got involved with a company called Hidenda and requested a PPI claims pack for a tiny loan I had.
I have since been to the loan company direct who confirmed that no PPI was taken out and I was never charged - therefore due nothing back.
Hidenda now keep pestering me for my claims pack, I've ignored several emails and cold texts. They have since sent me an email saying that if I don't return forms then I am liable for admin costs. They've had no account or card details from me. Can they actually do this or are they scaremongering?? I'll add that I've not signed any contracts either!!
Thanks folks!

If you have never entered into a contract then they cant do anything.

Give them a response that states that you have no contract with them and you have no intention of entering into a contract with them and that they should cease to contact you. And if they fail to do that you will refer them to the legal ombudsman.
