Exactly. Those are wrinkles, I have the same. I don't have wrinkles when looking stony faced into a mirror, but that doesn't mean I don't have lines on my face as I use it!0 -

No some people genuinely don't.
My nan didn't have any until her late 70s
I am grey though and have been since late teens (or would be if I didn't dye lol)0 -
I haven't 'spawned' wrinkles as yet - and hope never to do so.
My face has, however, acquired a number of faint memories of various emotions, expressions and habits over the years.
If you look closely, it looks as if my mouth has brackets on either side. If I wanted to get rid of those marks, I'd have to stop smiling so often. Not going to happen.
There's also a faint fan of lines on the outer corner of each eye. Those lines are much more defined when I smile - or laugh - so I know how to get rid of them. Stop smiling and laughing. Nah, not going to happen.
I also know how to get rid of the line between my brows. Wear reading glasses more often, so that I don't have to squint and frown at the text to try to see it.
Nah. Not going to happen either :rotfl:
I'll continue to keep those memories on my face - maybe acquire a few more - and wait to see if they/I one day happen to spawn a wrinkle or two alongside. (and all of the other memory-creating emotions)

I'm 38, and for the past couples of years, I've really noticed the lines on the sides of my eyes. I'm sure they've been there for a lot longer, but I'm seeing them more in the mirror now.
Nothing south of my nose yet, that I've noticed anyway.
I also do not believe people claiming to not have any wrinkles past 45/50. Very, very few people have that sort of skin.0 -
29.
Can't believe all these 40+ people don't have wrinkles , all my friends do and we're 30's0 -
Think this may be where my hormonal acne finally comes in handy. My skin has always been quite oily, and because I'm constantly trying to sort it out I'm fastidious about skincare (gentle cleanse, tone and moisturise twice a day, without fail). I also never go out without at least SPF25.
I genuinely don't have a single line or wrinkle. Although I think I'd swap dryer, slightly lined skin to finally get rid of the spots!
My mum's nearly 70 and she's got a few tiny lines around her eyes, nothing I'd call an actual wrinkle.0 -
I'm 33, and have had wrinkles for a couple of years now. The usual, smile lines around my mouth, crows feet around my eyes. I have a very prominent frown line across my forehead, which doesn't bother me. The ones I don't like are the new ones below my eyes. The skin has gone thin, and baggy, and there's lots of very fine lines. I'm also incredibly grey. If I didn't dye my hair, I think I'd look 50+0

I had my hair done last week and the hairdresser commented on what a lovely colour my hair was. I said, "thanks and it was only £2.39 from Aldi." She said, "Isn't it natural? It looks very natural." I had to laugh as at 62 I don't think many people have no grey hair at all.
Wrinkles, well I think my skin is good for 62, some lines at side of my eyes which aren't very noticeable if I don't laugh! My main concern is two vertical lines above my nose and I think that is because I read alot and although I wear reading glasses my eyes do get tired. My face is faring better than my neck, particularly as I have dropped about a stone in weight in 2 weeks due to some health problems, this weight loss has made my neck look a bit scrawny. I am working on putting the weight back on, nice big mug of drinking chocolate with cream, marshmallows and sprinkles seems to be helping.
I think not being a sun lover, not drinking alcohol and not smoking has helped my skin.Sell £1500

No wrinkles but a couple of marionette lines.:mad:This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
