Which PC to buy?

Well I was looking for a £100 PC then I started reading about mini PCs. To be honest I think your price for the NUC was excessive, if you shop around for components you can save over £100 off your stated price. I have a 120GB SSD in my current dell that I can use.
I find it difficult researching when my PC is broken as I prefer using a big screen and a mouse and proper keyboard.
The other thing is I really want to use Windows 10, I have a Windows phone running 10.0 -
