I used to work for BT in sales and retention and have met Libby Barr on a number of occasions, the photo of Libby Barr BT use is a fake, the real Libby Barr looks completely different. BT regularly lie to their customers, it is part of their culture (I could give innumerable examples but this is being dealt with by OFCOM, I am looking forward to their findings) My advice is to record ALL calls when speaking to BT from the very first one onward, this organisation are quite simply crooks! (I use that strong word advisedly), do not believe a word they say and always ask the person you are speaking to for their name, the department they are working in and get their confirmation that they are making notes pertaining to the call. Hope this helps.
Did Libby Barr knock you back? Only you seem a little bitter towards her?0 -
