    I've sent a letter of complaint to plusnet. I'm not expecting much of a response if any at all.
    Apparently they issued me a cheque which was sent to my old address which they have now cancelled and will take another couple of weeks for it to be reissued to new address.
    I have royal mail redirection so will see if it materialises and wait and see if a new cheque comes to my new address.
    It's not like they didn't have my new address, they ripped my off when moving the contract to my new address so had plenty of notice of it. They are useless!
    I think they hope we just forget about the cashback and it's extra money in thier pockets.
    I've also found it disappointing that MSE promote these deals, you link to them via the MSE website but then when things go wrong they can't do much to help other than pass on your queries.

  • really upset that i do not seem to be getting anywhere and i applied before the 24th November 2015 for the Plusnet MSE deal/offer and so far no cashback and both MSE and Plusnet playing the blaming game... very frustrated and upset, i followed the link and only did this offer for the cashback and my email confirms i did make the deadline as this is dated by Plusnet but they say i got free broadband which was part of the offer WHAT CAN I DO ??

    I'm still no further forward despite many assurances that the cheque is on its way it still hasn't materialised. Keep being fobbed off by plusnet. Their responses don't answer the questions raised and they don't keep to thier promises of keeping you updated. Theyve blamed me for moving address, even though they are supplying my new address they supposedly sent the cheque to my old address, I have royal mail redirection and it's never turned up.
    I'm bitterly disappointed and frustrated and although MSE have tried to contact plusnet they can't actually do anything to help.
    I have raised a formal complaint with plusnet but don't expect any reasonable response. I should have had my cheque beginning of February, despite many phonecalls and emails to plusnet I am still waiting.
  • Signed up with Plusnet in January (2016) so was expecting £75 cashback in April. Contacted them and they said I should have replied to an email they sent me on 10 Feb. When I checked there was no email from them on that date ... except when I looked again minutes later there it was. Weird - I don't know how I missed it. And there goes my £75.

    I never received anything from them and I have a screenshot of the order with the 75 displayed on the screen. I hope the Plusnet Rep will return and fix this for us.
