I had an email from my survey this morning telling me I had won a £10 Starbucks e-certificate in a Valentine's survey, with a link to the certificate which didn't work, I just got 'This page has moved, click here' but nothing happened when I did. I sent a message via their website and I've just had another email saying
"We need to apologize! You received an email earlier saying you have won a Starbucks e-certificate. Unfortunately, this was a technical error from our end and this is invalid"
Now I'm not sure if it means I didn't win or just that the link was invalid. Not holding my breath! Just wondered if it had happened to anyone else?

Yes this happened to me to! I am signed up to My Survey but I don't use it and I was sure I hadn't entered a survey competition for a Starbucks voucher so I did a search on here. It didn't come up with one that I had entered. Then, i received the same e-mail saying it was a mistake.
I'm thinking may be it's just a way to drum up business or something!0 -
Me too - I did think it was odd as I don't remember doing any surveys for them recently!0

Yeah me too. I wondered if it was just me or a lot of us. I kind've hoped it wasn't just me, cos I was thinking it was a bit mean not shelling out for a tenner.
