  • I think I will arrange to collect my daughters results from sorting office - I don't think they open until 9am and apparently there could be a 20 min wait if there is a que but at worst we will be getting post at 10am compared to 12-1pm with are normal post
  • We'll collect our results at the sorting office too. Best to know what's what as early as possible, but will try not to worry about the result until the end of January!
  • My goodness - less than 24 hours now. I still can't call it for my daughter - she has been so consistent but no spikes or inclines to her marks - they have been steady in school tests but no idea if it will be enough. I think she is finding it hard that people have been climbing and she has remained the same. Fun for the next few weeks anyway with lots of downtime for DD. Best of luck on the last hurdle for everyone and I have really appreciated this supportive group x
  • Yes cant wait till its all over - I would say my daughters average is still about 75/78% mark so I just hope that's enough to get her over 100. Looking forward to tomorrow night when I can stop stressing about these tests - i'm definitely way more laid back - first test I hardly slept night before then last week I was fine and tomorrow feels like the norm as I have realised grammar isn't the only way to succeed as long as your child will work they will do well at any school so what will be will be. What i'm dreading is the disappointment on my child's face if they don't get the result they want

Good luck for tomorrow everyone. Our P7 wrote the kids a lovely letter telling them how hard they have worked and reminding them to keep going as they approach the finishing line. It was so lovely..

I am stressed out. DS has bad cold and now last night his grandad (my father in law) was admitted to hospital and is seriously ill. I am hoping DS can cope with doing paper tomorrow as he thinks he didn't do great in paper 1.
  • Oh flip May100 - try and not let on to you DS how serious his father in law is until after test if you can - mine has a cold too but lets hope they can concentrate this last time - Good luck everyone!
  • I know the feeling May 100 we have a family member critically ill this week, I'm trying not to say to much until tomorrow afternoon.
Good luck to all the kids tomorrow.

I am not talking to him about grandad. He knew something was up as we got a phone call in the middle of the night and my husband went to the hospital. I just said grandad had a fall. DS didn't ask any questions today.
    Roll on 11pm tomorrow.

Good luck to all the kids and parents for tomorrow, thank god that this process has nearly finished.. Well until the time comes for the results that is. My son asked if he could burn all his old test papers tomorrow at his aunties house on her fire lol. He did his last test paper in school on Monday and only got 47/64 his lowest ever, I'm just hoping that he's had enough and tomorrow is a different story. Good luck everyone!!!
  • Good luck to everyone tomorrow, the end is finally in sight!
We've had a week of jigging about and making silly mistakes, really hoping my son settles himself in the morning.
