Tenerife - Haggle haven?

Me and my SO are travelling to the south of Tenerife in June, and would love to try some of their excursions!
We have been to Turkey a few times, where haggling is pretty much standard practice on all purchases, but would like to know if this is the same in Tenerife.
Obviously we have the right to haggle no matter what country we are in, but we just wanted to know if the prices in Tenerife are 'adjusted' to allow for some expected haggling beforehand! If not, have you found them to be flexible in haggling from your own experiences?
Also, do you have any experiences you might recommend? we love the look of the Tourist Submarine!

I haggle for things like clothing etc. and usually get a resultChange is inevitable, except from a vending machine.0

In our experience unless you are buying from one of the electronic shops, (something I would never do in a million years) or a market they seem to be set prices in shops. We have tried in the perfume and drink stores but never had anyone budge so we don't even try now, the prices are pretty cheap as they are.
We have done a few of the boat trips from Porto Colon, the Cat2, Dolphin, and the whale watching, enjoyed each of themThe common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.0 -

I would only recommend haggling in the market - lots of cheap fake goods there and you can usually get 'em down to half price. Prices in shops are definitely fixed and they don't budge on price.
Trips: the wale watching is good.Normal people worry me.0 -
Wow, the whale watching trips seem to be very reasonable prices for what they include! I notice some even offer the chance to swim with turtles - interesting!0

We are regulars to Tenerife and struggle with the haggling game unless you are in the Indian Electrical shops which I would not recommend.
Be careful with purchasing cheap perfumes,a lot of fake stuff around we normally shop at Fund Grube and find the prices good
Remember if it looks to cheap it is normally a fake or just rubbish0 -
Fixed price dinner restaurants can often be persuaded to throw in a jug of sangria free just to get you in.0

Don't buy fake goods - it's illegal to knowingly buy fake goods...
It's illegal to buy fake goods in some countries but at the moment, it's not illegal in the Canaries or the UK.
I'm not advocating the buying of counterfeits, simply pointing out that it's not always illegal to do so.0
