Home again and not going back out unless I am dragged kicking and screaming lol. It is awfull out there was blown along the street on the way to Lidl's and had to fight the wind head on on the way back. I am shattered. Road is clear now do not think anyone was hurt but if I had been anywhere near when it jackknifed I would have been running faster than Usain Bolt wonky leg or not. The trailers on the . P.O lorries are really long and when they are turning on to main road they really have to swing out wide. Lidl has some fab candles for sale at the moment for anyone interested. I bought some of the ones that are in large whisky type glasses and I mean large as a little extra for DIL her mum her aunt and gran. Also got one for DSis and a few for myself. They were only £1.79. They have large and medium pillar candles and tealights as well. All smell nice apart from the vanilla. It was really artificial smelling. Weather has just came on telly we have 70mph winds at the moment no wonder I was fighting the wind. Sleet forecast for later. Shiels what is it like down your way at the borders?

DS wlil be down in a min to pick up pots that were only 19p in Lidl's they are actually Maris pipers and not King Edwards. Will partly boil tomorrow and roast on Christmas day. Turkey course done. Goodness I am getting above myself but I always make a good main course. If anyone else wants to take it on they can. DIL's mum has said go for it. Her gran said the same thing . DIL's mum and gran make great stew me is a no no unless it is Steak Pie. What is the difference I boil they

Weather is a bit wet and windy here rose but we did manage a bit of a walk in the afternoon.

Well done on more wins FF.

Been booking a few little breaks for later in the year. Decided we will go to Cardiff and then Aberavon for our wedding anniversary in July. Like to book something nice for that. Also booked some Holiday Inn nights in Edinburgh and Stirling in January at bargain rates to help get more points for IHG promotion. Going to wait for Boxing day sales before deciding what else to book.

Well done on the wins fire**fly and anyone I missed :j I'm having a bit of trouble with iPad running slow. DH's is too so could be Internet.
Don't mention candles Rose....DS knocked a large Yankee candle off shelf in collectibles yesterday by accident and it smashed! Luckily the lady in shop said not to worry as the shop was packed and was difficult to move around! Phew!
I've just got a couple of things to get from shop near me then a top up clean and that's me done! I'm hoping to get to pics with the kids tomorrow or trampoline park to tire them out.
