Well done on the wins everyone.

Been busy all day with one thing and another.

Meeting DS tomorrow as he is working over Christmas.

Had an email today from ASA about the Cosmopolitan win saying they had contacted them and asked them to send out the prize LOL. We will see what happens next!

Hope you are all safe from the winds.

Just hoping DD1 manages to make it down from Durham on Saturday OK. They live in a small village which frequently has floods on the roads making it difficult to get out of. It would be such a shame if they can't make it.

Fingers crossed DD1 makes it to you in time sylvia. Good luck with ASA hope they have persuaded them to send you out your prize and they don't go back on their word. DS phoned he is going to come down in the morning and pick me up so that I am not carrying anything heavy and he can take the turkey etc to his house. Save some time on Saturday for him as he is going to be busy.

Sounding pretty windy here - not looking forward to 3 days of it!
Scotland seems to be going to get the worst of the storm so hopefully it will be ok for most in here.

Hope your DD gets to you OK Sylvia. Xmas travel is so worrying.
Our opposite neighbours are away to their family in South Devon this morning - think I would have left yesterday although weather is supposed to be ok and really mild there I think.

Well hope everyone is organised now and you gor the rest of your presents wrapped leanfun.

Here DH had a great session present wrapping so nearly all done. Last friday evening after 6 I had a phone call from Heart to say I'd won tickets for Peppa Pig in West End and to say two dates. I asked her to confirm by email which she did on Monday saying when box office responded she would confirm. Last night I had an email to say we have four tickets for 11am 27th Dec. Problem is I forgot main stations are closed between Christmas Eve and New year!

Nipped out for a newspaper. Wind is now getting up a bit here and it is raining now. Hopefully will get everything done before it gets too bad then I can lock myself in. Large G & T may be on the cards tonight

Home again but have to go back out. Well done on wins ff. No weather is getting worse here. Wind is pretty strong now and it is still cold and raining. There was a accident just along the road with a Post Office artic. It jackknifed as it was turning on to main road. Think wind must have caught it. So main road was closed and traffic diverted. Will see if it has cleared when I go back out.Luckily there are three ways to get to my home so son didn't have a problem dropping me off. Right off out before the wind gets any worse and blows me all over the place.
