Well just been to weigh in at Slimming World and lost 2 lb. Was hoping for more but it took me a day or two to get the hang of it. Anyway onwards and hopefully downward.

from what I remember reading from other posts re SW weight usually comes off slowly at first so think you've done well :T

Morning, started off sunny here. I put my washing out went shopping and the heavens opened..Oh well at least the washing is well rinsed now. I have a late shift today so trying to get as many of the EOM done before i go. Hope everyone has a lucky day.

Just packing up as we head half way home tomorrow (Stafford)
Have had a wonderful time, the scenery here is wonderful and the walking oportunities great. Feel like we have done so much. Have missed the internet though. Will be nice to be in a hotel tomorrow and get full time access to it!

Thanks firefly, yes hope for a loss again next week, I thinks its harder when you get older to lose weight and taking thyroid meds doesnt help either.

Got OH's DD1 and family coming tomorrow so busy day here.

I saw on tv Alfie about spider mating season :eek: apparently the average house has around 1,000 spiders hidden around the house! I need to get my peppermint oil spray for the windows and conkers again!
