For one portion you need:
1/2 a peeled orange
2 carrots
1 cup of water
1 cored apple

Blend all the ingredients until smooth,

The Green Boost
For one portion you need:
1 ripe mango, peeled and pitted
3 cups of kale
8 ounces of water
1 sachet of Spatone

We didn't get the 'expected' rain either so may have

It was a gorgeous day here yesterday but today is just supposed to be ordinary and only up to 17C. No rain forecast though.
We were out trimming bushes yesterday and expect will have to do similar today.


Recipes sound nice FF.

Pleased you found a recipe Firefly but I don't fancy that at all. Smoothies are not my thing.

Well yes still very hot here no rain as yet. I'm meeting my sister and going on a boat trip down the Thames to Greenwich this afternoon. Rest of family meeting us there. It's her 60th birthday on Sunday. So no rain dance for rain our way yet, please Alfie. Plan is park if fine, museum if wet.

Indie hope all is going well. Strange when you are working less other things come along to keep you busy.

Sheils everything has grown again here too. Friend called and he said shrubs in front need pruning. I agree but they are still flowering so another few weeks. They brighten up our road.
