Alfie, thanks for not doing your rain dance Saturday morning as the weather was glorious for wedding! It rained a bit while we were inside function room but we didn't see it.

Well I just want to apologise to anyone who is on my FB page for my embarrassing FB video live that my daughter decided to do at the wedding! I didn't even know she could do that! It would be when I was bopping away too wouldn't it! Anyway I did have a brilliant time and the wedding was fantastic. My brother catered for everyone too and had a live singer on, a photo booth, candy machine and pocorn for kids too. Plus Olaf and Spider-Man turned up for the kids too but unfortunately someone dared the young kids to push Olaf over so they all did! :rotfl: He stormed out in a huff!
Looking forward to my jollies on Thursday now.

Sun out here already so must get the washing on. Supposed to be a lovely day.
DH had a lovely day - thank you everyone for his messages. He got lots of malt whisky, smellies, shirt for his hols and M&S voucher so he was happy. I made him his favourite steak pie for dinner and DD was up to help celebrate. DS3 off today so going to make his wonderful souffles tonight. Thats our families birthdays over for the year apart from my parents who are both in November. Present cupboard empty now (hope comping fairy is listening!)


Hope all goes well with your Ds's gf moving in indie. Will be strange for you.

Good morning all, couldn't resist this pic when I saw it as it reminded me of when we were small and Dad used to send us down to the chicken huts to get the fresh eggs, nothing like it is there?

Its always strange when someone moves in Indie and takes some adjusting. Hope all goes well.

Love the pic today firefly, made me laugh. I have to keep damping Lottie down when its really hot. Hope it stays nice as we are off to Hartlepool and Durham at the weekend when DD gets back.

Another scorcher of a day again, and I've even got a dress on today!
Got lots to do, not packed yet but got it all ironed.

Sylvia that made me laugh about the chickens! Reminded me of when dad bought some and told mam they would lay eggs so we wouldn't need to buy them. They laid one egg in the 2 yrs we had them, kept getting out and escaping into neighbours garden and would peck the life out of your toes!

Glad DH had a lovely day yesterday Sheils. The souffl! sounds lush :drool:
