Morning, hope everyone had a good weekend.The weather was not very good here yesterday, I was at work all day yesterday,so didn't get much comping done..got a few days off now so time to catch up. Off to have my hair cut this morning,then must get some washing done. Hope you all have a lucky day.

day here - sun is shining and birdies are singing away.



It's going to get warmer too as the week progresses -
going through into next week. Yay! :j Hope the weather
people have got it right!

Sorry to hear that you've had snow sylv! :eek: Hope it
clears up soon. Sounds like you are having a whale of
a time with DD and GD getting all the craft stuff ready
for the stall in the village in June. :T

Hope you're both having a great time sheils on your
trip.

Hi everyone,
Having a lovely time. Been to a few NT properties, Portishead and Cleveland towns and Cheddar Gorge and Wells today. We are at the hotel at Ston Easton now where I won the prize. Have had our Afternoon tea - never had to strain tea before! Was really nice (would have cost £22.50 each!) Hope we are ready for our 5 course tasting dinner at 7pm. The hotel is a bit like a NT property with gardens as well as antiques etc. Feel a bit like we are really rich staying here but as DH said at least we have fanciest and youngest car in car park just shame about us!
Lovely and sunny here.
Anyone won anything in May yet?

It was the most beautiful weather day yesterday and set to
be the same today. :j


I had a lovely day gardening and got
a fair bit done including mowing the lawns,

beheading the daisies :eek: and getting on with this 'n
that.

It was a lovely day here yesterday as well. I got some gardening done and shopping. Off to work soon, they asked me to go in as very short staffed. Sounds like your having a great time sheils,hope the meal was good.Good luck for today everyone..

Morning all. We are home from Madeira after a 28 hour plus delay. We were due to fly Monday morning but it was very windy at airport so incoming flights could not land. It's so hilly there they built the airport on stilts in the sea. We were at airport all day but then Thomsons bused us to a hotel. Yesterday more waiting at airport then left ahout 4pm home after 9pm. Thomsons were good we heard easy jet people had to find their own transport and accommodation.


We had a good break. Two friends from Manchester were in another hotel and two friends now live there. So lots of meeting up. Hotel was good. Wifi only in reception. Bit of a headache this morning.
Hope everyone is well. Rose hope you are a bit better. Will read back and catch up later. Hope someone has had some wins.

Seems we have brought the sunshine back. It was so cold when we went.
