Happy Sunday all,
Chucking it down here by the bucket load!
Had a great night last night there were 14 of us in the end, great meal and great band on in the pub/restaurant place.
Before I forget I found out where my Hotel Chocolat 'prize' came from ... British Gas. Hubby opened a box when I was out last night  and the card that tells u the centres of the chocs said from "British gas to you" - unless its a gift for having my home service contract thing? I'll class it as a win LOL:rotfl:
Love quiche COnfused any flavour and must have it cold for some reason don't like hot? must admit do buy it but your recipe looks good. Broccoli and stilton a good one too love it.
Sheils - sorry to hear about your BIL hope all goes well. enjoy your stay away
Alfie - glad weather great for you to get out and about in the garden
Hello Dora, lots of great advice and tips on here and from compers alike enjoy comping!
Enjoy your Sunday0 -
I was going to make a quiche and cook a roast dinner and so far have done neither! Instead I went out and bought a few new clothes ready for holiday (including a new swimming costume) and then I have just removed everything from my wardrobe and sorted through it all and found a further 5 swimming costumes.. I recon I must buy one each year and forget about it... ironically one I found in my collection was one I saw at Matalan today and dismissed.. oh dear! But at least all my clothes will return to the wardrobe nicely folded and in some sort of order....
Not sure what we are going to do for diner now though...June 2016 Wins: £64 Argos Voucher :j July 2016 Wins: £25 Cash :j0 -
Hi all!
Dora - welcome to the Inn and the world
of comping!
Wishing you lots of fun and good luck - fingers 'n paws
crossed for you. Before I had joined this forum, many
years agoI used to do tiebreaker competitions - loved
doing them and regularly won some excellent prizes -
cash, holidays etc etc. :j
Now I'm just happy enough to go in for the cash comps
(like zillions of others) but you never know .... the
comping fairy may just come to visit me. Wishful
thinking on my part! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
