Hi everyone,


Back home now - had a lovely time. Makes such a difference when weather is good. Sun still shining away now. Here is a link to a few pics on FB. (not very exciting I'm afraid!)

Got one load of washing dried and ironed already, mainly DD and DS3s stuff as no-one did any. DD has been really busy with exam stuff and work so has a good excuse.


Saw some nice Bluebells when we were away Alfie. They aren't out here yet. Don't fancy ones that smell of onions.


Hope you have had fun visiting your family leanfun.

I hope you have all had a good (and lucky) day?? I opened my emails to find three new messages in the inbox of my email addy that I use for competition entering...




... newsletters that I've had to subscribe to... I can't even remember the competition that I entered that I had to sign up to them for!!




I entered loads of competitions yesterday evening and I forgot to record them.. I'm now wondering whether to continue to keep a record of the competitions I enter on the basis that I've not recorded every one.. Do you keep a record??

been comping for that long & enter far to many to be
keeping tags on :eek::rotfl:
I just enter thank the comping fairy so she may
keep me in mind for a winner
then if getting a win/WEM/WTC/UPD it's good news :j

I never keep records either C0nfused. Haven't managed to enter many this month anyway!


Just been speaking to DS2 and he has got us a free night at his hotel for Sunday so we will be off again! Wanted to take his prezzies and cards up to him for his 30th. He heads off to Amsterdam with his gf early on Monday so we didn't want to stay with them for the night.
Looking forward to it. Having such a busy time. :j

Sun out again. Just as well as DD brought me fresh lot of washing she had at her bfs. Don't mind when weather is good though just shame it has to be ironed!
Just been checking my IHG account and points building up nicely from my surveys and comments so should get few more free hotel stays. Seems to be paying off being a member of their community.
Topcashback been chasing cashback for me from Britannia Hotels and I have £11.85 sitting confirmed in account so that is nice as had given up on that. Thought it should be £15 but not going to argue about it. Will pay it into my Tesco Club card account and get x4 on eating out etc.
