Why would a " trader" list their items like this?

Ie delivery to uk only .
On what I imagine is eBay Hong Kong.
This person is subject of a thread by an aggrieved party on the consumer rights board
What are they trying to avoid?

They are calling themselves a limited company that doesn't even exist.
Are there any other breaches of eBay rules here?

If this is on an overseas ebay site then the rules will be different than if they posted on ebay.uk.

However, it is actually on the UK site, I suspect who ever posted it was logged in to a foreign site at the time

As for breaches, there are a lot and I think anyone who buys from them would need their buying privileges removed until they have done a tutorial.

    1) look at their feedback mentioning broken or incorrect items
    2) Leather in title but item description clearly states this is man made not leather
    3) contact details suggesting off ebay sales are expected
    4) Not registered as a business as far as I can see

Worth checking if contact details are the same as the registration name as it might be a look alike seller who is using images from a legit company to sell rubbish

    here is the business site

Presumably they can see their own listings are appearing like this? Yet they continue to list this way?

Buyer was probably logged in on a foreign site when they searched- the listing is on ebay UK

Ok so can be reported for soliciting sales outside of eBay
The thread link I put explains a bit more , the sellers username links back to an employee.
Nowhere is there a registered company , which isn't illegal per se...
Which section would the buyer use to report the leather bit-counterfeit doesn't seem to apply .
We can't seem to find the listing of that item on the uk site, only on european sites.

Soolin seems to be saying that the item is listed in the uk site too, but for whatever reason, we can't seem to find that listing on the uk site .
Perhaps we are searching it wrong?
That was just a link that was found to illustrate the usersname
