Taking my ex employer to a tribunal

I was dismissed from my job in October 2015. My dismissal was based on hearsay and lies. I appealed the dismissal, But this failed. At the appeal hearing they failed to let me have independent representation in the form of my dad because of my disability. I have made a claim to a tribunal and the preliminary hearing is on 15 March. I received the letter from the tribunal service about this date on 18 January. I phoned an old work colleague/friend to let her know of this date. She told me it was funny that you should say that, as today I saw the store manager, the manager that conducted the investigation against me and two of the people that made up lies in a room having a meeting. Obviously now it is 10 February and it still looks like they have not responded, As I have not received a copy of the ET3 form.

A couple of weeks ago, my former work colleague/friend and another work colleague was sent down from their department to work on the tills in the department that I worked on. The manager that conducted the investigation against me was stood at the information desk by the tills My former work colleague/ friend was asked by her work colleague who was sent down from the same Department, this is all right isn't it? My former work colleague/ friend and said it be alright if they didn't sack there 7 o'clock staff. The manager that was at the desk this is the one that conducted the investigation against me give her funny look and walked away!

What do you all think of this? Do you think they've got something to hide? I've made the claim under Unfair dismissal and disability discrimination.

You're over thinking things, what has that conversation got to do with your dismissal?

What is the reason that you needed your dad to represent you? Do you have any evidence to disprove the alleged lies?

What does any of the red have to do with your case?

How long did you work there?

And what is the basis of the disability discrimination?

I suppose the first question would be how long had you worked there? The second would be what was it you were accused of doing & what evidence was given against you?

Bear in mind that one person's interpretation of a funny look is another's interpretation of exasperation, I don't doubt for one second it was a "funny" look but that can be fairly wide ranging.

It was the manager that conducted the investigation against me and my former work colleague was having a dig at my dismissal and he knew it as I only only 7 o'clock staff member that has been dismissed.

What?!! Your friend made a snidey remark about you being sacked and the manager/ investigating officer looked at her oddly. What did she expect?

This all sounds very juvenile. Have you taken legal advice on your claim?

So, allegedly (because people talk braver than they act) your former work colleague is attempting to provoke a manager about a dismissal of another employee? What has that got to do with anything other than that person's death wish? This has nothing to do with the former colleague and s/he would be best off staying out of it, or they may end up in the same position.

The funny look was obviously in response to your former colleague butting her nose into management business, she's lucky she's not had a warning.
it will not have anything to do with you either.

I had worked there for 5 1/2 years. The lies are:

One person has says that I was waving my arm around in an aggressive manner whilst on the phone to my mother.

I have hemiplegic cerebral palsy and only have the use of one arm. This would have been holding the phone. So how could I be waving my arm around in an aggressive manner when I had A phone held to my ear in my only good arm/hand. My disability is obvious I also have brain scan images and medical notes to back this up. My ex employer was meant to of got occupational health involved so that they could understand the hidden effects of my disability that are mentioned in my medical records of which I did provide them information of. They failed to do this!

The same member of staff said I was ranting to another member of staff. There was no statement taken from this member of staff that I was supposed to have ranted to, to back this accusation up.

Another member of staff accused me of calling a manager a !!!!! and a f*ing lesbian, no one back her accusation up. This member of staff knew about this manager sexually harassing me and it was also the same manager that sacked her son. She is always rude to the customers and is always threatening to floor people. I'm not really open about my sexuality but I'm bisexual. So why would I say something so homophobic.

I also have autism and I needed my dad to help me communicate in the appeal hearing this was not granted. ACAS have agreed that reasonable adjustments have not been made.

At thee appeal hearing itself I was asked something that is visually obvious. I was asked, you say you couldn't have been waving your arm around in aggressive manner whilst on the phone to your mother because you only have the use of one arm, can you expand on this?

I however was not asked to expand on me saying I did not call this manager a !!!!! and a lesbian!

    Whats renting a Maeve ?

Is "rented a raved to" by any chance "ranting and raving" ?
