Amy, it may be all too late now, but could you get hold of any CCTV 'evidence' - regarding the alleged arm waving? As you mention 'tills' so I assume your workplace was in retail? Please forgive me if I am wrong but if this conversation was caught on camera it would help your case.

Keep fighting this, you have more stamina than they do. You may not have thought this at the time, but
be thankful that you are no longer with these bunch of idiots, they all seem to hate their jobs and their life.

You're now out of that dreadful working environment, rejoice! :)

OP don't take this in the wrong way, but you come across like a dog with a bone.

The people responding to your half irrelevant rubbish are trying to help you and it's like you’re fight them down. Take a step back and read the whole of this thread again, if you can't see that you are your own worst enemy then something is wrong with you.

Remember people on here are neutral as they are not in your situation you are, so please stop dragging in rubbish and stick to facts which will help your case.

@yvonne13 - That statement is a sick joke, right?

About to give up here too. Me explain something. If this was normal crime committed let's say I was to scratch a car, and only one person said they saw me do it. The police will not be able to prosecute for it as there is no independent witness!

There are different burdens of proof for criminal and civil cases, so whether a case is prosecuted or not in a criminal court bears little relation to an employment tribunal.

And for the record xoid posted a query to which they also didn't get the response that they wanted hence their opinions on the advice given on the forum.

Wait a minute people on here are neutral hence them giving their opinion on a situation they may or may not be in. You’re just being rude because you got hung out to dry on that thread you raised where you told your boss to leave you alone when he asked you why you were late.

For the record? Most of the replies that relate to employment disputes are posted by employers who
favour, yep, you guessed it, EMPLOYERS!

People on here are not 'neutral', I got flamed for asking for help with my case. I found the replies
damn right nasty. If any of you are employers then I feel sorry for them!

From the thread that you posted about getting sacked. Oh yes I forgot you begged admin to remove it because people told you that you were in the wrong for swearing at your boss. Now stop hijacking this thread.
