Taking my ex employer to a tribunal
Comments
-
Yes I was, but the company admitted fault, the manager that done that disciplinary has a friend who is a speech therapist who has knowledge of hemiplegia. This friend of this manager confirmed to him that hemiplegia does cause emotional and behavioural problems.
A manager doing a disciplinary should be doing on the facts presented. Not via hearsay from a friend who may have made a general comment that sometimes in some people hemiplegia might cause emotional and behavioural problems.
If you take comments like that to an employment tribunal you're not going to be helping your case at all.
(How do you even know this supposed conversation took place, by the way?)All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.0 -
No, we've always known that I've had emotional and behavioural problems I even provided a letter that states that I have a history of depression, from my GP. And is one of the latest hospital letters states I have a history consistent with depression. They knew of additional problems, as of May last year. As I stated in an earlier post I was upset about not having my concerns about being bullied seriously, but I was not aggressive. People have taken things the wrong way.0

I am sorry, but you are once again saying that something happened. You said they made it all up and it was lies. So now they didn't make it all up - it (whatever it was) was a result of emotional and behavioural problems? Does this mean that the allegations against you are broadly true? Because if they are, I am afraid no reasonable adjustment in the world is going to get you off with aggression (witnessed by two people in separate incidents, according to their statements) and abusive and discriminatory comments about a manager. There isn't a reasonable adjustment anywhere that says an employer needs to allow that to happen.0 -

So crying, whilst saying to this member of staff that this situation may cause me to have a seizure is being aggressive? I think not. And I wasn't being abusive and saying homophobic things about a manager. As I stated earlier the person that has said I said these things, had her son sacked by this manager. She said pretty nasty things about this manager back in June, When I first moved to the department!0 -
What is it you want to happen from the tribunal ?0

It's also funny how the company have recently moved this manager I felt was bullying me to another store. She was the only manager to be moved. Moved her a bit too late though. Where is the manager I had up until September year was moved around to new stores with other managers. It's a strange time to be having another move. Also with it being just her that has been moved0

How do you know that the manager didn't ask to be moved?0 -
Why would she asked to be moved now, and not before?0

New partner
New job for partner
Care for family or friend
Children school catchment area
Passed driving test and easier commute
Better wages
Change of scenery
She is 26, and lives with her long-term boyfriend, his brother his girlfriend. She had a driving license before she arrived in store. Doing exactly The same job in her new store as she was in my store there will be no change of wages. Before you ask how I know this. She used to share trivial things with me like she didn't iron her clothes, didn't tumble dryer anything and was very interested in whether I wanted to meet someone romantically in a work conversation, really irrelevant to a Conversation about work and me becoming very ill with stress. Which everyone could see. Nine hours after that conversation I was taken to A&E in an ambulance, due to the things the conversation was meant to be about. I did in fact warn people I would end up in A&E.0
