    So much for sleeping like a log. I was awake at 5:30am, freezing cold. It's 15C. This is inhuman. How can I live like this?

    An extra jumper of course! Reminds me of that old joke... what do you get if you cross a sheep with a kangaroo?
    Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

    000 is the Aussie equivalent of 999.

    The emergency services have plenty of form of doing this. The ambulance service used only to be able to send an ambulance if you provided a post code!
