Have you tried my trick of drinking something hot (usually black tea) and then laying down? Works really well IME.
I'm in the middle of dealing with emails, as now we've got most of the summer contracts dealt with, we're dealing with stuff going into the winter (probably the first time ever we've been planning 8 months ahead, rather than between 4 and 6), but we're really organised at the moment and I preferably want to keep it like that.💙💛 💔0 -
