I would check the facts by reading the IPC CoP and alter it accordingly

plus checking for any other issues or misinformation too

the letters posted by GAN would be an ideal reference point

post #38 told you all this

Managed to find a Gan response i think i can use

    Dear BW Legal,

With reference to your letter dated ***** ref VCS/*******…

I am the registered keeper of the vehicle and deny any debt to Vehicle Control Services Ltd.

The debt is denied for reasons that include the following ...

    • The vehicle was not “parked in a restricted area of the car park”
    • Your client is in breach of its Code of Practice Sections 14 and 15 regarding predatory tactics and grace periods

In addition, it should not be necessary for a consumer to remind you that your £54 charge for legal expenses cannot be recovered in the Small Claims court

I also note your misrepresentation of the consequences of an adverse judgement.
You are in breach of Chapter 11 of the Solicitors Code of Conduct.
I refer you specifically to Indicative Behaviours IB 11.7 and 11.8

If I receive a properly formatted Letter Before Action that fully meets the requirements of the Practice Direction for pre-action conduct and protocols, I will provide a more detailed response.

    Yours Faithfully
